"Lysistrata" - Feminine Prowess

Published: Fri, 05/23/14

The moon will spend the weekend in Aries. She'll mix it up with the grand cross (Mars, Jupiter, Uranus and Pluto), before she conjuncts Venus on Sunday, at the late degrees of the sign. I expect people will clash. However things should end well.

I like it when Venus and Moon come together. It's like women coming together. I think we run the show!

The conjunction in Aries makes me think of "Lysistrata". We named our dog (Lila) after her.

Lysistrata was a Greek woman from antiquity. She got sick of her husband being gone all the time, off fighting wars. Other women felt similar about their husbands being away.

Lysistrata got all the women to agree to not have sex with their husband until and unless the stopped all the wars. Needless to say, the fighting ended almost immediately.

Ultimately, this weekend is about feminine prowess.  Don't be afraid to use yours, effectively!
