The sky continues to be dominated by planets in Taurus as we head into the Thursday's solar eclipse in the sign.

 

Taurus is a hedonistic sign. We might all be pigging out, if not for Saturn in Scorpio bearing down on the stellium.

 

Instead, many of us are working to control our appetites and the greed that seems part of the human condition. We want to eat more, shop more, have more! But Saturn says, eat less, shop less, hoard less! 

 

This reminds me of the beanie baby collecting craze.  There was a large stellium in Taurus back then and everyone filled their garages with more, more and more STUFF. Two years later you wonder what you were thinking.

 

In whatever case, there is a lot of stress this week, and pressure to toe some kind of line. No one likes to be told to color inside the lines, but you have to admit it's better to stay on the road when driving in your car, then it is to drive off a cliff or veer into another lane and crash. 

 

There is such a thing as limiting (Saturn) your self-indulgence (Taurus). This is a good thing to keep in mind this week.
