Check out this "winner/loser" thinking list, and honestly assess what your answer would be.
If you get too many (or ANY) "loser" answers, don't fret.
Just think about changing your ways.

The loser says, "Astrology forecasts and reports are fun to read."
The winner says, "I study astrology so I can act on what I learn."
The loser says, "I obsess about other people's charts, so I can control them."
The winner says, "I care about other people's charts so I can relate to them better."
The loser says, "I am doomed because astrology says so."
The winner says, "Everything has a bright side, even dark transits."
The loser says, "I decide who I like based on their sun sign."
A winner says, "Everyone comes into my life for a reason."
A loser says, "I can't leave the house, because Mercury is retrograde!"
A winner says, "I don't let planets control my life."
A loser says, "I can't go on a date, because Saturn is squaring my Venus".
