For one thing, the chance is fleeting. It's not a true sea change. But
outside of that, a person focuses on their problems and it becomes a habit.
Personally, I'm in an extremely stressful situation. I don't mention this much because it's pointless, but I'll tell you what I've learned.
People in situations like mine have high levels of cortisol in their system. This wreaks all kinds of havoc. It behooves a person to get and keep this under control.
I read of a study that found if person stops just four
times a day for 2-3 minutes just to calm and center themselves, their cortisol level will drop to normal within a month. I adopted this practice and it does work. It makes all the difference in the world.
If you are under a lot of pressure, this would be a good day to experiment with this. If you choose to experiment, you might become one of the people who does take opportunities to rest and relax. How liberating!
Thursday, the Moon will ingress
into Pisces and we'll be officially headed towards the New Moon on Saturday (
Effects By House) which is bound to be remarkable.
Personally, I'll be very glad to be on the other side of this.
The stellium in Aries will be next on deck. That
will be a sea change!
It makes me think of the seasick Marines heading for Omaha Beach. I'm sorry, but this is how my mind
works.
