The Presidential Inauguration will take place this morning with the Moon in Scorpio, squaring the Sun in Aquarius. This
most definitely signifies deep change around the world.
To understand how this effect is expanded, consider that Scorpio-ruler Pluto is squaring Aquarius-ruler Uranus with Jupiter involved.
As I've mentioned, the Uranus Pluto square is breaking up at this time. I see this event as the culmination of that transit. Jupiter is concerned with the future. It looks something like this:

(Jupiter).
Things should calm on Saturday as the Scorpio Moon trines the stellium in Pisces.
Mercury in Capricorn is also supported (and supporting) the planets in Pisces, as Saturn and Uranus work together in the fire signs. All these things put together should add up to a pretty nice day.
Sunday the Moon moves into Sagittarius. She'll clash with the stellium in Pisces. Different people / different
points of view.
But on the upside, people may feel (Moon) a bit more optimistic and open (Sagittarius) about what might come of this, particularly if they have some kind of faith (Pisces).
