It's enormously stressful to live in a time and place when everything is distorted. I believe it leads to a
Loss Of Confidence. However, "difficult" does not mean "impossible". It is entirely possible to thrive in these times. But, you'll have to do more than wish.
If you want to dig into this, I saw it coming two years ago. I put together a workshop so I'd have something helpful, tangible and affordable to offer clients who were struggling or suffering under
this aspect. Because let's face it, most people don't have time or money to go to years of therapy to get a handle on their life.
