The Sun, Moon, Venus, Mercury and Pluto are all in Capricorn... as ruler Saturn prepares to leave Scorpio for Sagittarius on Christmas Eve.

Whatever you do or say or feel, let it be real... and deep.

There are numerous ways to express this energy. You might bake your great-grandma's sour cream raisin pie.

You may want to give cash (Venus) to the downtrodden (Capricorn).

You may want to be more deeply (Pluto) committed (Capricorn) to your family (Moon).

You may also experience excruciating pain at this time. But if that happens, you can work to let it transform you.

There are times in a person's life they find themselves flat on their ass, busted. It's humbling. It's often humiliating. But it also allows you to say to yourself, you know what? This is it. This is as low as I go. I will sit on the bottom here for X amount of time. When that time passes, I am going to get up and never allow myself to get this low again.

And remember, it's okay to ask for help. You may actually NEED to ask for help. If this is your situation, do not hesitate to ask someone to pull you out of a hole.  To resist this or deny the necessity serves no one. Just say, "I'm down here on my ass, could you give me a hand?"
