Will September 2020 ever end? What a frustrating month!
Saturn turns direct today. Theoretically, you should be able to walk (not run) away. Unfortunately the planet is tightly square retrograde Mars in Aries. That aspect is exact tomorrow.
It's like taking a step forward into a possible booby trap. The good news is that once Saturn (direct) clears Mars (retrograde), these planets will separate. Less thwarting. Less cruel.
The separation begins this week. It will be slow but sure and lasting. At the end of October, Saturn will be at 26 degrees, Mars at 16. That's a pretty weak square. The trend will continue.
Mars will turn direct in November, out of orb of Saturn. Technically Mars in Aries will square Saturn in Capricorn in December, but there is a 9 degree separation. Hard to get upset over that, considering what we've endured this summer.
To translate this for astro newbies, one of the ties binding you will snap in the next couple days. You're free to go even if you do so tentatively.
