You've got a few days before Mercury turns retrograde on Thursday. The current planetary clashes are either separating or fleeting (Moon), for the most part. if you're got something to take care of, do it now before the game changes.
I think this will be a good approach to take for the rest of the year. If you have a chance to get your hair cut and want that - do it. If you don't have a chance, don't worry about it. Do what you can, when you can.

But you'll also want to know where the Jupiter, Saturn, Pluto conjunction in Capricorn falls because the effect on the house will be real to the point it's unreal!
These planets will be tightly conjunct. They're likely to be contained in a single house in your natal chart. But you've got the same deal in your solar return. The effect in your solar return will extend out a year! A year from your birthday, that is.
