Mars in LIBRA is now squaring Pluto. This square will not close until October 8th but I can already feel the challenge. Further Mercury in Virgo is now opposing Neptune.
In a perfect world, this might create conditions where you can interact with others in a dynamic, inspiring way. I'm not sure people think this way though. You may wind up with is challenge that drains!
As an example the dynamic version of interacting, I've been working on my Sycophant story (begins here). I named the antagonist, Cruella, as in Deville. A reader felt the gal in my story was not exactly killing puppies which is true. Why call her, Cruella?
My first response, was,
I'll call her anything I damned well please. Mars in Libra, meets Mars in Libra! But as I thought about it, the true and real and deep (and subconscious) reason I called this gal, Cruella, emerged. Mars square Pluto in Capricorn, see?
