The stellium in Capricorn dominates. The affairs of the house activate by these planets are likely to take precedence, but there are other things to see here.

Basically, you're dealing with that stellium, most likely working to manage or control something, to get it in hand or to keep it in
hand. It's some priority that's consuming your time and energy and you probably feel pressured because, hey! It's Saturn.
Note than one of the aspects is Saturn squaring Uranus. We've had two years of this! It's separating slow as molasses but it is separating.
I think this aspect correlates with the controlled volatility in the
