It's because Saturn is strong in Aquarius. It's stabilizing and it gives an individual some type of control as they try something new. It's like putting a handle on something wild.
I also like sun is in Aries, the sign of it's exaltation. It's courageous and creative. Aries works well with all the Aquarius.
I see Jupiter and Neptune in Pisces as a positive as well. Without this influence, a lot more people would be in a state of despair.
